What both can do?

  • Send a WhatsApp message when something happens, for example a new email or a new row in a sheet.

  • Pull data from other apps and include it in the message.

  • Help you test a small idea fast.

Where both struggle for real business use?

  • One place for all chats is missing. You need a shared inbox so the team does not step on each other.

  • Clear ownership is missing. Who is replying, who is next, who closed the chat.
